As you develop as a Journey Group leader or even a potential Journey Group leader, it is important that you continue to learn how to better lead or shepherd those who God has entrusted you with. This part of our group page is designed specifically for leadership development and includes helpful in-group resources, current articles about all aspects of group life, and other help from around the country. Leadership Minutes
What are leadership minutes? They are bite sized group development tools. As group life has developed at Journey, we have learned that a group that is not continually growing is a group that is not healthy. So we have created a tool that can be interjected throughout the life of a group that will keep the group honest, will address issues that come up in the group, and that will help the leader lead more effectively. These minutes can be spread out over the course of one year, can be used in any group setting, and will usually take just a very small part of your group time together.
